On January 15th, Omaha’s LinkedIn users gathered at EncompassC3 for an evening of new connections and renewed friendships.  We had more people at this event than at the ones I hosted in 2007, and that is proof that interest in LinkedIn is growing.  I believe that the location helped, too.  EncompassC3 is an impressive virtual office site, and many of the self-employed attendees expressed interest in using the space. 

I had a little difficulty keeping up with all the people at the door, but I believe that I caught sight of everyone.  All attendees will receive a list of each others’ contact information.  I’m interested to hear how many connections were made.
